The Frank Young Trail, as part of the Angel Fire Resort's pathway system, seeks funding to expand by 1.25 miles, bridging pedestrian routes to Moreno Valley High School and the Village’s sports complex, Allen Fields. The proposed plan will provide an accessible, safe route for all ages and abilities. Moreover, the project will position the Village to qualify for more grants by giving a precise construction cost outline. It adheres to the Forest Service Trail Accessibility Guidelines (FSTAG), and plans to include amenities such as benches, play areas, and informational signs about wetlands.
