Dos Lagos, a 107-acre master-planned development, seeks to enhance community health and wellness by providing a vibrant outdoor recreational environment and a network of multi-use trails. The new 1,700-foot colored concrete trail will facilitate non-motorized transportation, encouraging increased physical activity among residents and fostering a stronger connection to the local environment.
The City of Anthony is a Board-Manager form of Government. The Board of Trustees is made up of 4 at large members and a Mayor. The manager is the chief administrative officer. He is employed for an indefinite term and until a vacancy is created by death, resignation or removal by the Board of Trustees. The manager is appointed solely on the basis of administrative qualifications and his selection limited by reason of former residence. The Special Projects Coordinator is the responsible person for administering the ORD and any other capital improvement agreements, including reporting, project oversight, and coordination.
