The City of Farmington is a municipality of 46,000+ residents located in the Northwest corner of New Mexico. Nestled in the “4-Corners”, we serve as the economic, commercial, and recreation hub for the 4-state region. Providing services and amenities for nearly 300,000 residents, our community has far-reaching regional impact. As a part of this, we have made outdoor recreation one of our primary mission scopes, launching the Outdoor Recreation Industry Initiative (ORII) and likewise establishing the Community Transformation and Economic Diversification (CTED) fund to help build amenities, catalyze businesses, and keep Farmington looking its best.
