Collateral Assistance Program (CAP)

Intended for businesses interested in taking out a traditional loan. No money exchanges hands in this program. If you are pursuing a traditional loan through a financial institution, EDD can support efforts by securing/collateralizing 50% of the principal of your loan. EDD has many banks participating in this program. If your financial institution is not one of these, let us know, and EDD will contact them to secure participation.
