Intended for businesses interested in taking out a traditional loan. No money exchanges hands in this program. If you are pursuing a traditional loan through a financial institution, NMEDD can support efforts by securing/collateralizing 50% of the principal of your loan. NMEDD has many banks participating in this program. If your financial institution is not one of these, contact your NMEDD Regional Representative for assistance.
